Two Days Before
Preparation starts well before the gates open. The team confirms entries and class eligibility, loads the service truck against a packing list, and checks every torque value on the machines that will compete.
Race Morning
- Scrutineering: safety gear, machine compliance, and rider documents.
- Track walk for riders and mechanics, focused on surface changes.
- Briefing with marshals, medical staff, and the race director.
During the Session
Every run is logged — tyre pressure, gearing, lap times, and rider feedback. Mechanics work from the log rather than memory, which keeps changes deliberate and repeatable.
After the Checkered Flag
Machines are stripped, cleaned, and inspected before they are loaded. Findings go straight into the next event plan, so the following round starts with fewer unknowns.
